Book Haul - E-Novella Edition + Cool stuff

This week I got two really awesome e-novellas that I’ve been absolutely dying to read! I find these in-between books so fun and a great way to pass along the time between one book’s release and the next.  I feel like they add more depth and explanation to the previous novel. E-novella’s are usually either offered for free or for a really small fee on the author’s website.

The extras posted on Wendy’s website are Kaidan’s POV of Chapter 1 and Chapter 26 and they are so so good! Being inside Kaidan’s head is like...wow...I can’t describe it, you’re just going to have to read it yourselves. I’m still blushing right now if that tells you anything.

First off, before I go on about the cover I wanted to fan-girl over the title of the book: "SWEET PERIL" I mean, how cool is that? It has a certain ring to it and now I can't stop repeating it over and over again in my head. It's contagious. Below is the completely beautiful, jaw-droppingly, amazing cover of Sweet Peril:

They finally got the models to look a little more like the actual characters this time. They are the same models but this time Ana is short-er (I think?) like she is supposed to be.  And Anna is looking positively fierce beside Kaidan. I mean, just look at the way her eyes scream "I'm not going down without a fight so you better watch out you demons!" Lol, but seriously, I can not get enough of this cover. Sweet Perils needs to be released as soon as possible so the sweet agony of waiting can be over.
